PTGAS/PDI procedure for requesting access to campus spaces outside of normal opening hours

  • 1- Filling in and sending the application form: All requests for access outside of normal hours must be made using the online form available on the URV Intranet at least 48 hours in advance. Users who carry out tasks in relevant spaces will be required to accept the declaration of a series of commitments in terms of safety and prevention of occupational risks.
  • 2- Approval/Rejection of the request: The activity manager (RA) receives the request and validates/denies the permissions. In the event of validation, the space manager (RE) is automatically informed by email. In the event of denial, the reason must be indicated and the request is returned to the applicant.
  • 3- Notification in the event of denial by the Space Manager: Generally, the RA is also the RE. If they do not match, the person in charge of the space can deny the permission and notify the activity manager and the OLC by email (olc.sescelades@urv.cat).
  • 4- Assignment of permissions: Once the request is approved, it is forwarded to the OLC so that the permissions are incorporated into the access management computer application.
  • 5- Confirmation to the applicant: The applicant receives an email confirming that they already have the permissions in their profile and the instructions they must follow to activate them on their URV identification card.
  • 6- Update of authorized personnel and communication to URV Security: OLC updates the list of personnel authorized to access the campus outside of normal opening hours and shares it with URV Security.
  • 7- Access and identification: To access the campus outside of normal opening hours, it is essential to carry valid identification (URV card) and that the authorization of the permissions is in force.
